General Terms & Conditions:

• In-Store Use Only: Promotional cards must be redeemed in-store at CURATED LINGERIE and cannot be used for online purchases.

• Minimum Purchase Requirement: Each promotional card may require a minimum purchase amount (before tax) to be met before it can be redeemed. The required amount will be indicated directly on the card, an accompanying insert, a temporary sticker on the card, or within the promotional offer details. If no minimum purchase amount is specified, this promotional card is void and cannot be used.

• Not a Gift Card or Gift Certificate: Promotional gift cards are not traditional gift cards or gift certificates. While they are issued using the same physical plastic card as CURATED LINGERIE’s standard gift cards, they are classified as a promotional discount tool and do not hold the same legal standing. Under Alberta law, promotional cards are not considered gift cards and do not fall under gift card regulations.

• One-Time Use: Promotional cards must be used in a single transaction.

• Final Sale: All purchases made using a promotional card are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

• No Cash Value: Promotional cards cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to previous purchases, or combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or gift cards.

• Expiration Date: Each promotional card is valid for a limited time and must be used within the specified promotional period indicated directly on the card, an accompanying insert, a temporary sticker on the card, or within the promotional offer details. Expired cards will not be honored.

• Non-Transferable: Promotional cards are issued to the original recipient only and may not be transferred, resold, duplicated, or shared.

• Lost or Stolen Cards: CURATED LINGERIE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged promotional cards. Lost cards cannot be replaced or reissued.

• Limited Availability: Promotional cards are subject to availability, and CURATED LINGERIE reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
