SHIPPING TO USA: At this time, we are not shipping to the United States due to changes to U.S. customs clearance rules effective August 29, 2025. These changes can result in full customs clearance on all orders, with added duties, taxes, tariffs, and processing fees.
- Order cutoff (Edmonton / Mountain Time): Place your order by 11:00 AM and we’ll usually process it the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM start processing the next day we process orders.
- Handling time: 1–3 business days (Min: 1, Max: 3). We do our best to get most orders out within 24 hours when possible.
- Processing days: We process online orders Monday to Saturday (excluding Canadian statutory holidays).
- Shipping days: We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian statutory holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will start processing on the next processing day.
- Need to change your order? We’ll try our best, but changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once an order is placed—especially after it starts processing.
- Coupon codes and promotions can’t be applied after checkout.
- Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. International carriers may require a phone number for delivery updates and customs clearance.

Duties, Taxes & Carrier Fees (U.S.)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and carrier processing/brokerage fees as determined by U.S. Customs and the delivery carrier. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Tariff rates can fluctuate (sometimes 10% or more) depending on product origin, and CURATED LINGERIE cannot estimate or control these charges in advance.
CURATED LINGERIE is not liable for any additional fees charged by customs authorities or carriers.

- Shipped Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- In-Store Pickup: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.

We believe in offering you a curated selection of the finest lingerie, tailored to your unique preferences. While we strive to keep a variety of styles, sizes, and colors in stock, certain items may not always be immediately available. To provide you with an even wider selection and ensure you have access to the best from our trusted and reliable brands, we offer preorder (special order) options. This allows you to choose from a broader range of sizes, colors, and styles that may not be currently in-store but can be specially ordered directly from our suppliers.
In-Store Preorders
In-store preorders are placed by our staff using our system, and customers can request specific items that are not currently in stock.
How it Works:
- Once you visit us in-store, our staff will assist you in placing the preorder for the item(s) you are interested in.
- Preorders are typically requested within 1-2 business days from our supplier.
- It usually takes about 2 weeks for us to receive the item in-store.
- If a specific size is backordered, we will notify you of any delays.
Pickup:
- Once your preorder arrives at the store, we will contact you to arrange for in-store pickup.
Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- In-store preorders follow the same return policy as in-store purchases. Please refer to our In-Store Return Policy for details.
Online Preorders
Online preorders are placed directly by customers through our website using the “PREORDER” button.
How to Identify Preorder Items:
- Preorder items will be clearly marked with a “PREORDER” button on the product page, replacing the usual “ADD TO CART” button.
- "PREORDER" button indicates that the item is not currently in stock but can be specially ordered for you.
How it Works:
- Once you place a preorder on the website, we will request the item(s) from our supplier within 1-2 business days.
- The item will typically arrive within 2 weeks, but delays may occur if certain sizes are backordered. We will notify you if this happens.
Shipping:
- Once your preorder arrives, we ship it to you within 1-2 business days.
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Online preorders are final sale since we cannot assist with in-person expert fittings.
- Online preorders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed with our supplier.
- Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
General Information for Both Preorder Types
Estimated Order Arrival Time:
- Preorders typically take 2 weeks to arrive in-store, but this may vary depending on the supplier.
- If a specific item is backordered, the delivery may take longer. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Timeline for Online Preorders:
- Preordered items are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks after we receive them from our supplier.
- Delays may occur due to supplier availability, and we will notify you if this happens.
Multiple Items in One Order:
- If your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, we will ship everything together once the preorder arrives.
- If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
For your convenience, we offer an in-store pickup option. Please ensure you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pickup before visiting us. When you arrive at the store, notify a Curated Lingerie associate that you are there to pick up your online order. They will verify your photo identification or ask for order details, including your order number and name.

- If we made an error, we will cover the cost of the return and re-shipment.
