In-Store Preorders
In-store preorders are placed by our staff using our system, and customers can request specific items that are not currently in stock.
How it Works:
- Once you visit us in-store, our staff will assist you in placing the preorder for the item(s) you are interested in.
- Preorders are typically requested within 1-2 business days from our supplier.
- It usually takes about 2 weeks for us to receive the item in-store.
- If a specific size is backordered, we will notify you of any delays.
Pickup:
- Once your preorder arrives at the store, we will contact you to arrange for in-store pickup.
Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- In-store preorders follow the same return policy as in-store purchases. Please refer to our In-Store Return Policy for details.
Online Preorders
Online preorders are placed directly by customers through our website using the “PREORDER” button.
How to Identify Preorder Items:
- Preorder items will be clearly marked with a “PREORDER” button on the product page, replacing the usual “ADD TO CART” button.
- "PREORDER" button indicates that the item is not currently in stock but can be specially ordered for you.

- Once you place a preorder on the website, we will request the item(s) from our supplier within 1-2 business days.
- The item will typically arrive within 2 weeks, but delays may occur if certain sizes are backordered. We will notify you if this happens.
Shipping:
- Once your preorder arrives, we ship it to you within 1-2 business days.

Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Online preorders are final sale since we cannot assist with in-person expert fittings.
- Online preorders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is placed with our supplier.

- If your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, we will ship everything together once the preorder arrives.
